Doug Duncan

Doug's a REALTOR®, Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD®) Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in Clarksville, TN. He served in the U.S. Army for more than 25 years and retired as a First Sergeant out of 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne). He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management, an Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and holds a TN Real Estate License. While serving on active duty, he led Soldiers on a daily basis and did his broadening assignment as an Equal Opportunity Advisor. He has extensive knowledge of leadership, diversity, inclusion, conflict resolution and mediation. Doug currently serves on the Diversity Committee for the Clarksville Association of REALTORS®.
