I was born in Knoxville, TN and raised in Canton, GA, I got my start in real estate as an investor and quickly fell in love with the industry. That passion led me to get my TN license in 2018 and my GA license in 2019 so I could better serve buyers and sellers in the Chattanooga area. In 2023, I earned my brokers license and stepped into the role of Managing Broker at Zach Taylor Real Estate, where I now support and mentor our agents as they grow their businesses. My husband Nick got his TN and GA licenses and we became the The Berryman Homes Team! In 2025, I help Zach Taylor Real Estate earn the North GA Best of the Best Real Estate Company award and we are shooting for the Chattanooga Best of the Best award next.
