John Chung

I want to share a note about my experience with John Chung. I have been involved in other real estate deals before, my deal with John was excellent. When I began looking at properties he worked hard to match what I was looking for and what I could afford with the best the market had to offer. During the deal itself he was detail oriented and delivered everything I needed before I asked. Overall a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend John Chung to anybody looking to purchase a property.

John Chung was fantastic to work with. Right from the get-go, he was focused on my needs and goals, and was eager to work with me. Very professional while remaining personable enough to reflect that he had a genuine interest in what I was after. Swift replies at all hours of the day/night which was great as well. The overall experience I had with John was great.

John was just great to deal with. I felt that he honestly went the extra mile with the purchase of our home and even beyond what he needed to do. He was waiting at our door when we moved in to congratulate us and even offer a hand to lift a box or two. He had our back when we had to deal with our builder with fixes that we required after we moved in. I really appreciated his honesty, helpfulness and overall great knowledge of the market. I cant recommend John more to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

John has been instrumental in helping grow my real estate development business. He is very proactive, works hard and when necessary to accommodate potential clients. He follows up and is always up to date on the market. He is by far the best commercial realtor I have ever come across in my career! I highly recommend!
