I was recommended Cheyanne on a wimb from my mortgage specialist i was purchasing my second home and wasn't to happy with my previous expierences with real estate agents so I thought I'd try something new. Cheyanne will now be my go to ! She exceeded all my expectations took me to any house I was interested in, provided me with honest feedback good and bad the housing market was so crazy and she was just as invested to find me the right home not just A house. Cheyanne went above and beyond for me behind the scenes for me to contacting anyone she could writing letters and using all tools at her disposal, she even went as far as booking my closing lawyer appointments. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and expierence Cheyanne made the process more enjoyable and 100% less stressful than it could of been!

Cheyenne was super kind and helpful! As a first time home buyer the process was intimidating but she made it much easier, she has many connections and truly wants you to have an easy going experience with all the people and steps involved. We looked at SO many houses, she was super patient and not scared to go into any of the sketchy basements. She actually looked and 'inspected' every house and gave good pros and cons of each. Identifying if there could be potential problem areas. She got to know my interests to suggest layouts that would suit me personally. Even with my low budget she still took me on which I truly appreciate because there were so many hiccups and I couldn't imagine it with a different agent, she's super kind and just wants the best. I had a hiccup with the approval she gave me a new broker that got me approved in 2 days (I didn't listen to her recommendation at first). She checks up on me now and then and she definitely cares and wants you to find the best place!

My experience working with Cheyanne was incredible! If I could give her 10 stars I would! Cheyanne helped us sell our house and purchase a new one in under 30 days! Her communication is impecable and she is very passionate about what she does! She is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond. She made the whole process so easy. I have used several agents in the past and Cheyanne was BY FAR the best. If you are looking to sell or purchase a home Cheyanne is your girl! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
