I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2000. Prior to real estate, I worked as an English teacher and an administrator in the school district. I attended Coastal Carolina University and the University of SC. I great up in Conway, SC and being a true local, I know the entire area inland and along the beach to help buyers find the perfect location to settle. My local experience of the area and its people is beneficial to sellers because I have a list of providers from painters to contractors to help in getting a property ready to sale. After thousands of transactions over the years, I have master negotiation skills and have a large database of past clients. I am very hands-on with all clients to ensure all aspects of the transaction are smooth. I have a full team to handle all of the steps of the closing process. Our goal is to make buying and selling a positive experience!
