I believe that Juliann DeForrest is the best agent in the business. The thoughtfulness and caring she gave us as sellers was all and more than we could have asked for. She listens to everything you say, and will work with you to get the property seen and sold. Usually agents are not receptive to sellers idea but Juliann took every idea and talked us through the pro and con and then as a team we decided what was the best thing to do. I recommend her whether selling or buying. She will be with you 150% throughout the process.
