Irene is a GREAT real estate resource! She knows her business, knows the area very well, and is terrific with communications and staying in touch with clients (that in itself is becoming a lost art). She went above, beyond and further yet to help my wife and I try to find our new home. Best of all, she's a great person, and we felt 100% confidence dealing with her the first day. We WILL be looking to her for help again in the future!

Irene was fantastic! I couldnt believe all the time she took with us and guided us in the different neighborhoods. She really listened to us and helped us find our little diamond in the rough. We went to brand new construction as a matter of fact still being built, year old new construction and various locations and areas of the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand area. We found our hidden gem tucked away in Little River. We had no intention of buying. She listened to us and got to know us fairly quickly, therefore her ability to know the area and our wish list made it such a pleasure. We were both a bit apprehensive about buying a house out of state she reassured us and made the process very smooth. We decided to put in a bid and less than two hours later we had the house! Irene once again stepped up and any questions or concerns we had she always came through. She went above and beyond what would be the norm for most others. I wish I could give her ten stars!

It was a pleasure doing business with Irene. She was always available to show us various homes for sale in the Murrells inlet area. She routinely kept us informed of new listings that we may be interested in seeing. She gave us good advice on what a reasonable offer for a home would be and was very helpful with negotiations with the seller of our new house. After I called ReMax hoping to see this one particular condo right away on Father's Day - Irene called me and showed me the condo at 5 pm! The condo didn't work out for me but Irene showed no disappointment, reassuring me she would help me find the condo I was looking for quickly, knowing how important it was to me. True to her word, she found me just the right condo in 1 week! Through the purchasing process she covered every detail which made what could have been (and normally is) a stressful situation - actually joyful.
