Born and raised in Lexington County, Nicole is a true native of the area. She feels privileged to make a living selling the area that she loves! Lexington and Richland Counties are her specialties, as she knows these counties like the back of her hand.What sets her apart from other agents is her extensive knowledge of South Carolina, and of the technology that can be leveraged to help sell homes. Nicole credits her clients for helping grow her business out of sheer hard work and many referrals. She has never forgotten her first set of clients, and as a relatively young adult, sells her clients several homes over their lifetimes, and takes care of their family and friends, as well! She finds it truly humbling to have built her business on word of mouth referrals. When it comes to promotion, her marketing plan has been proven again and again over career, even as trends have changed and she has made updates and improvements to it to stay ahead of the market.
