Karen Ryan

Karen Ryan is the Broker/Owner of Weichert, Realtors - Coastal Properties along with her husband, Joe. As Managing Brokers, together they oversee 135 Realtors in five offices located throughout the Lowcountry of South Carolina and Georgia. Karen routinely ranks in the top Realtors in sales and listings sold on the island and holds the designations Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, ABR, ePro, and SFR, Resort and Second Home Specialist. Karen currently serves on the Hilton Head Island/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Hilton Head Area Association Board of Directors where she was 2011 President. She is also Past president of the Zonta Club of HHI, and past Chairman of The Children's Center Board of Directors where she served for 9 years. Long time Hilton Head Island residents Joe and Karen raised their two children on the island and have called it home for over 26 years.
