About
Born in Dublin, Ireland, Eoin moved to the United States as a child and grew up in California, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. He first visited the Lowcountry more than twenty-five years ago and now calls it home. His interest in real estate started early. He grew up touring open houses and new construction with his parents, curious about how design shapes the way people live. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, Eoin spent nearly a decade in accounting and consulting in Washington, D.C., and New York City. That work sharpened his negotiation skills and gave him a strategic approach to every deal. Eoin pairs a national perspective with real local commitment. Sellers get disciplined pricing and positioning. Buyers get a clear read on value, whether relocating, investing, or settling in for good. Both get straight answers and steady guidance at every stage. Away from work, Eoin enjoys the outdoors, travel, and time with family, friends, and his French bulldog, Frankie.
