Poor Marty had to chase all over Greenville & Spartanburg counties for over 2 years. She likely toured us though 50 or more homes. So she earned her "spurs" with our search! She was always cheery and upbeat, albeit she likely wondered if there was ever going to be a "pay day"? But she worked tirelessly on our behalf, researching covenants, HOA rules, restrictions and fees and dues! Marty went way beyond the call of duty!
