It is refreshing in this digital age to have someone working for you who cares about your experience and who walks along side you through the process. Megan Shockley consistently communicated with us throughout the process, kept things moving along, and set expectations for my wife and me at each stage. Josh was able to put together some creative structures for our unique situation so that we sold and bought a house in the necessary timelines for it all to work. The process started a full year plus ahead of when we officially took action. Josh was patient and continued to send and show us properties until the right one came along.
