Once we found a house we loved, which was a new build, Dean stayed on top of the building manager and construction progress; often visiting the house in person to send us pictures and updates. If we had any questions or concerns, Dean was always willing to find the right people to respond to us. He was very thorough during our walkthroughs and pointed out issues that we may not have noticed. Dean is professional and trustworthy.
