Roddy kept us up to date on everything, sold our house in two days and made sure all repairs were done properly.

Mr. Matthews sold a parcel of raw land for me. He handled the obnoxious buyers very well and insulated me from their rudeness. He travelled to the closing location (hours from his location) and was a great help when they seemed to not have my name on the schedule and then lied about why the lawyer wasn't there. He kept calm and difused the situation.
