Lisa Patterson's true love has always been historic homes, architecture and antiques. After college, she purchased the first historic property of her own, an early 18th century home. Lisa feels fortunate to call the historic South of Broad district her home. She has over 30 years of experience. Lisa has restored over 35 historic properties in her career. Her clients consistently say that she is the hardest working real estate professional they have ever met. Lisa has been awarded Realtor of Distinction over multiple years in Charleston. She is a member of the Top Producer’s Club, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Lisa was also awarded the Top 10 Agent of The Year Awards for the state of SC. Ranking number 3 in the state of SC for client customer service. And winning the Charleston city and county awards in 2022 as Top Agent of the year based on customer service.
