Irina Bordyn

Im Irina Bordyn, a full-time REALTOR with AgentOwned Realty Charleston Group. I help buyers and sellers across Charleston, Summerville, Mount Pleasant, and the surrounding Lowcountry. I specialize in new construction and helping out-of-state buyers relocate to South Carolina. I also work with Charlestons historic homes and enjoy helping buyers see both the charm and the practical details. Charleston has been home since 2014. I grew up in my familys restaurant business in Germany with a Greek father and a German mother (think My Big Fat Greek Wedding). Thats where I learned how to make people feel at home. I speak fluent English and German. I moved to the U.S. in 2001 and lived in Michigan and Texas before settling in the Lowcountry. I know firsthand what it feels like to start over somewhere new. Whether youre buying or selling, Ill give you honest guidance, tell you what Id look out for, and stay on top of the details from our first conversation through closing.

My clients' goals come first. Ill give them the straight story and stay on top of the details, whether they are buying, selling, building new, or moving to the Charleston area.
