Zachary Cotter

Zach, a true Rhode Island native who grew up in Rumford and attended La Salle Academy and continued his education at the University of Rhode Island. Growing up in RI and living throughout MA Zach has been able to become very familiar with what every town has to offer. At 20, Zach was able to get his career started in home improvement when he worked for Andersen Windows and Power Remodeling. Over the course of his career, Zach has entered over 1,000 different homes all across RI, CT, and MA. He had the opportunity to fulfill homeowners visions of their most precious investment, their home. The next step for Zach in his career was working at Priority Capital in MA, affording him the opportunity to work directly with business owners and franchisees in growing their businesses. While this was a great steppingstone for Zach, he ultimately knew working in real estate was where he belonged. He specializes in seller/buyer representation along with his expertise in the rental market.
