My wife and I are first time house buyers, so we figured the process would be daunting, but they made the experience virtually effortless for us. You can really tell it is a group effort that runs very smoothly and seamlessly. FYI, we sold our condo for above market (in 1 day) and bought our house for less than asking... particularly impressive given the state of the housing market! So, we cannot say enough about how lucky we are to have them in our corner. We were referred to them by family, and thank goodness for that. They really go out of their way to provide the best service possible. So responsive, so timely-we wondered when they sleep!
