Brian Lanoza

I was trying to sell a home from out of state for my deceased sister. He did a wonderful magnificent job and keeping me informed finding the right people and getting the sale done quickly. He is very good very good.

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Brian! He helped us sell our home back in April and then guided us through the process of finding and purchasing our dream forever home. Having him by our side through both major milestones made all the difference. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, extremely helpful, and always communicated every step of the way. We never once felt like we were just another transaction. He genuinely cared about our family, listened to what was important to us, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Most importantly, he fought for us, advocated for our best interests, and made sure we had someone in our corner throughout the entire process. We are beyond grateful for everything he has done for our family and couldn’t be happier that he was the person who helped us through this journey. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
