Joe and his wife moved to Arizona in 2000 and he became a successful mortgage broker and Realtor. While living in Arizona he always considered Pittsburgh home. Joe finished the last 6 years with $25 million or more in personal transactions with 2023 being his best year ever with $27 million personally closed.
