About
With over 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, and investment, I bring a depth of knowledge and strategic insight to every transaction. My career began as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) before I earned my MBA in Finance & Real Estate from The Wharton School of business at University of Pennsylvania. From there, I spent nearly two decades in institutional real estate investment, serving in senior positions with Pitcairn Properties in Philadelphia and other top development firms in New York and Philadelphia.
As Senior Vice President & Director of Asset Management at Pitcairn, I was responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial office buildings, retail centers, multi-family rental properties, and luxury condominium developments.
As a longtime resident of Washington Crossing, I have an intimate knowledge of Bucks County’s communities, including New Hope, Doylestown, Newtown, Yardley, and Pipersville.
