I have been serving buyers and sellers in the southwestern PA area since January, 2001. Prior to being a Realtor I was a pastor in the PC (USA) for 12 years. I have been pleased to find just how easily the principles of faithfulness (fidelity) translate themselves into real estate. In 20 years I have been privileged to work with over 1000 individuals and families in purchasing and selling homes. I have sold everything from investment fixer uppers to move in ready mini mansions. Regardless of prices the people have been the greatest pleasure. While I have technically been the "employee" in every transaction, my clients and I have enjoyed working together to make each home sale and purchase a fun and profitable experience. Because I know a home is one of our most valuable investments, I am keenly aware of valuations. I have an eye for value today and a projection of value tomorrow. If value is there it is my opinion that a home is the best investment one will ever make!
