After graduating college with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing I worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse. I had the opportunity to write patient education for different disease states. My husband and I bought our first investment property in 2000. I wanted to help others obtain financial independence through real estate, just as my husband and I had. I have been in real estate since May of 1994, enjoying working with first time buyers, selling & buying another, downsizing, moving into the area , planning a move into a retirement home, investing or building. I focus on Lancaster County as my core area but do some in York and Lebanon just about every year.
