I had a tough situation getting my older house ready to sell by myself because of my husband’s medical condition.Chris held my hand helping me with everything involved in getting my 36yr old house ready to list in 3 weeks,determining a fair list price, working with my son-in-law to figure out what things he could do.He even recommended a contractor who could make some minor repairs.Chris prepared an exceptional listing including supervising the pictures. The open house & individual showings went smoothly despite our additional limitations.He also provided feedback on ea showing.
