Gary and Rachel really did everything we needed and more. Before listing, during listing and after listing he was with us with every step of the process. He didn't just list the house and sell it, which he did in a day, but brought us and the house to a point to be able to maximize our efforts that translated to a very successful sale. Basically we all became part of team and boy did it work. Our advice to perspective clients is this, "listen to Gary".

They helped facilitate minor repairs with good contractors and made it easy for us. Communication was great and the results were all we could hope for. Would highly recommend.
