Kat goes above and beyond Being involved in a relocation purchase, an additional sale out of area and the sale of this home; I would have had a much more difficult time coordinating it all. She is detail oriented and goes above and beyond.

We had a fairly difficult property to sell with lots of different moving parts. Kathleen was professional and helpful every step of the way she made a very difficult situation easier.

Kathleen (Kat) did a fantastic job as my agent. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate. She made sure to take the time to make sure I understood everything that was going to take place, She was constantly updating everything as the process went along. She a a very hard worker and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything stays on track and the end result is what you wanted.

Kathleen was great, she was my 3rd Realtor I've had in Oregon and by far the best. My sale was tough as the market was all over the place, there were 2 very difficult neighbors and she was able to deal with them both at their specific level of brokenness. My sale was just land so the numbers were not huge just the difficulties. Mid stream we found my parcel had permit issues and I lived out of state and had no way to deal with the county in person. Kathleen represented me before the county, she sent me all the forms to fill out, I had them all notarized then sent them to her. She submitted them and followed up with the county and they approved it as build-able land. I thought my land was un-useable but she saved the day. The other nice thing is she is good about answering her phone. Even when she couldn't I always was contacted shortly after a call or email.
