Todd Mican

Born and raised in Roseburg, Oregon, Todd Mican is a real estate professional rooted in authenticity, ambition, and a passion for helping people find their place in the world. With a background as a professional actor and experience running several small businesses—including a deli, espresso shop, and woodworking venture—he brings creativity, empathy, and entrepreneurial drive to every client relationship. After building a reputation for integrity and results in Daytona Beach, Florida, Todd returned to Oregon in 2024 and earned his state license in 2025. Today, he serves clients from Grants Pass to Eugene, with a special focus on his hometown of Roseburg. Todd believes real estate is transformational, not transactional, and is committed to helping every client step confidently into their next chapter. When he’s not working with buyers and sellers, he’s exploring mountain trails or enjoying local flavors at a favorite brew pub.
