I was working with the Portland Housing Center I called my counselor and asked him who is the best realtor on your list? Answer was, hands down: Javier Alomia. I called Javier and met with him the next day. The minute I met him, I knew he was the right person to help me find my first home. His relaxed, very welcoming and genuine demeanor, immediately put me at ease. I knew that I was going to be taken care of, which was very important to me, as I had never been through the home buying process before. One of the things that stands out to me about Javier is his incredible responsiveness. I worked at Nordstrom for 10 years, so I recognize above and beyond service and Javier is it. Should I ever need a realtor again, he will be the only one I call and the only one I will recommend to my friends and most importantly, my family. If you value efficiency, responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, expertise, follow up, and some humor thrown in. You will not be disappointed .
