I am first time homeowner all thanks to Scott Orich! My boyfriend and I were looking at mobile homes when we first started our search and later looked in condos because they were generally cheaper than free standing homes. Weekend after weekend , we toured homes all through out the Bay Area non-stop. With the help of our broker, we later found out we do qualify for a single-family home, so we started touring and found a cute single family home equipped with everything we want(garage, back yard, laundry). Its a great place to start as first-time homeowners and we cant wait to start renovating!
