JR was great to work with in both buying a new home and selling our old home. His experience and expertise helped us through the entire process. He watched out for our interests as a buyer and then as a seller. He was always available. We were very impressed with his getting back to us quickly whenever we had a question or concern.

Simona was great to work with. She provided helpful information to support our decision-making. We didnt feel pressured at all. She was knowledgeable and honest about fair pricing, which resonated with us. She was available to meet all the necessary people at all the appropriate times to help us close quickly (a necessity of the sale that she foresaw and helped us plan for in our offer). Everyone she recommended was fantastic. This was the first time weve bought a house. Being a quick close, there was some time-related stress to it, but overall the process was enjoyable. I continue to get zillow notifications about houses put on the market, and being that there werent many houses for us to look at when we bought, I still peek at them... and remain absolutely thrilled with our new home.
