I have been a licensed broker since 1985 and a licensed principal broker since 2000. I owned the local Coldwell Banker franchise for 11.5 years from January, 2008 through June of 2019. I have always enjoyed people and homes so real estate was a perfect occupation putting two of my favorite things together. I have been helping people achieve their real estate goals and dreams since 1985. It has gotten to be much more rewarding as my experience and expertise have grown. I also have always loved marketing which has been a huge benefit to my listing clients. I would absolutely recommend Kathie and her team to sell your house! I had my house listed in the spring/summer of 2013 with another local agent and my house never sold UNTIL the next spring 2014 when my sister in law referred me to her. Kathie was very direct, honest about the real estate market, she was there to help us. We needed to be out of our house right away and I asked her if she could sell the house right away, her question to me was.."are you ready to move? Because if you are, better pack up." We had an offer on the 8th of being live, the day before the first open house!! Although the negotiation took a while, Kathie knew the bottom line and stuck with it till the end. Love the Robidou Team!

I have had Kathie sell several of my homes. She spends the money to market your home to get the most exposure and gets results. The first time I met Kathie , she sold my parents home and my Dad is not an easy sell. Even for a hard to please client, she delivered as he expected and for my self, I won't use another listing agent for my home!
