Kristina is super responsive when needed on any questions or concerns and knowledgeable on all aspects of this process. This has probably been the most perfect buying experience in our lives, and we are thankful Kristina was here to represent us!!

Kristina was extremely patient with my long list of expectations, drove all over with us for months (and it was far between each house). She was willing to look at anything we asked for, as well as kept the lender and title in check whenever they were lagging. She is, in my opinion (and my mortgage broker) the best agent a buyer could ever dream of having, when I buy a vacation house or investment properties, Kristina is my go-to realtor. She is far and away, the best I could have asked for, and exceeded any and all expectations, we found the perfect home for us because of her tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile, if you're buying (or listing), she should be your absolute FIRST CALL!

Kristina is very personal and prompt on responses when we had questions. She was very patient with us during our home finding search as our needs changed during the process. In fact, she guided us to a home we weren't really interested in at first by the photos, she suggested we look at it and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for, if it wasn't for Kristina, we may have missed out on our perfect home! She knew our needs better than we did!!

Kristina was so monumental in me purchasing my home. First of all, I was living out of State, Covid-19 was running rampant and the housing market was so crazy! She was so instrumental in all aspects of the transaction, working tirelessly, with the utmost professionalism. She is such a refreshing personality with a caring, bubbly persona. She went above and beyond. We had a VERY complicated situation. She actually dealt with 3 sales for us. She stayed in contact with us, never gave us poor information.
