What a great firm Stragic Realty is to work with. I called them about a listing they had. I mentioned to Kerry that I was also looking at a listing in Aubrey Glen that another agent in town had. I told him I wasnt impressed with her, as I asked her if she knew the size of the garage to which she replied no. I asked if she could measure it for me. She then stated she had an open house in 3 days and she would then measure it. I realized how lazy she was, as compared to Los Angeles where my main home is, a person can get from one end of Bend to the other in about 15 minutes (her office was 10 minutes away). Kerry, on his own initiative, drove over to the other listing and measured the garage and called me back in about an hour. Talk about making a fantastic first impression!

Catherine, Kerry, and Martha were fantastic to work with. They showed us many homes and answered all of the questions we had as well as questions we didn't even know to ask. Their knowledge of the area was invaluable to us throughout the home buying process. We are so pleased with our new home and are very thankful for Strategic Realty's help making the process so smooth.
