Beverly was a buyer’s broker for me and my son, who was buying his first place. We hunted down some properties on Zillow then selected her to help us with seeing those properties. Beverly was knowledgeable, efficient, available at almost the drop of a hat by phone/text and even in person! She advised about various addresses having researched each one (these were condos). We learned which HOAs had recently, or not recently, had a “special” assessment. Or if other offers on the property had fallen through and why, which helped us avoid a properties that might have been problematic for us in the future. She was also skilled when it came time to make an offer and get the inspection of the property. She was there for the inspection herself and had even invited tradespeople in to give estimates to us on aspects we knew we wanted to change. I recommend her with complete confidence and without any hesitation. I couldn’t be more emphatic as to her skills and helpfulness.
