Cheryl helped myself and my husband purchase our very first house and the house is everything and more we could of hoped for! We first met Cheryl at an open house over a year ago when we were first thinking about downsizing. Since that day we have contacted Cheryl a few times to ask her to show us homes we found online because Covid did away with open houses. Even though we weren't quite ready, Cheryl always responded quickly and was happy to oblige. When we finally found the right house recently and put an offer in (amidst many others), Cheryl went above and beyond in dealing with the selling agent and even wrote a letter to the sellers letting them know why they should sell to us. Needless to say it worked, and her tireless work with listing and selling our own home afterwards (in 4 days and for much more than list price!) was equally as amazing and appreciated. Cheryl is professional but down to earth (so you feel at ease no matter what questions you ask), patient, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. We whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home!
