Troy is pretty much the greatest real estate agent I could ever hope to deal with. He helped us sell and buy. He combines the art of an effective salesperson with a serious understanding of data and vast knowledge of the region's real estate market. He'll tell you exactly what he thinks about a property (rather than waiting to reinforce whatever you think) and he works tirelessly answering emails from early in the morning to late at night. When it comes to negotiation he clearly commands some sort of powerful magic as we were very happy with the outcomes on both the buy and sell sides. If problems arise he is also surprisingly resourceful and will do whatever it takes for his clients. I'd echo another reviewer's comment that it was a "privilege" to work with Troy!

Troy has been exceptionally accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We came to him with a listing we were interested in but no prior experience purchasing real estate. Troy helped us understand the process and the specifics of the property better, answered all our questions and got us a great deal for our new home! We didn't imagine the home-buying process could be this smooth! We were worried a real estate agent could be pushy or put the sale before everything, but that wasn't the case at all with Troy, he was very patient, trust-worthy and he always pointed out existing flaws in the properties we looked at, he never rushed us. While we had a property in mind, there was another one we were interested in, and Troy arranged a viewing on very short notice. He was generally fantastic and very responsive by email and phone.
