Cant say enough about this wonderful person. As an out of town buyer with little real estate experience, the prospect of buying a condo downtown was very intimidating in todays market. Sofia expertly narrowed down the search and used her smarts and contacts to dig up detailed information both good and bad about condos of interest. She was far more concerned about finding the right place for me than just closing a deal. And when we found the right place, she was in constant contact with all parties, even my own bank and lawyer, to make sure every detail was in place to get the offer accepted. She is awesome to work with, and I now own the coolest spot in town!
