"When I first communicated with Robert in late March I told him that I could not proceed with putting my condo unit on the market until the tenant vacated the unit. I explained the reasoning and Robert was patient and waited until the July 1 vacate. He kept me updated on recent sales in the area. He was very easy going and accommodation in waiting for my lead. He basically stuck with me for a few months! Robert was spot on in professionalism and knowledge of all aspects of the sale as this was the first time I sold a property. His communication was always available. He responded within minutes and always answered phone calls. This was much appreciated as I live out of town. Robert is top notch!"

Our initial meeting was online and then in person. He was great to work with, very patient, never rushed our viewings. He was very willing to revisit properties in case we missed something. Working with Robert was really good. He was so relaxed and calm it made us the same. He had great local knowledge and transmitted it to us as newcomers. He always made time to show us units we thought would be suitable and sent us alerts daily to keep us up to speed. He was very upfront about properties that he felt were not what we should be looking at from a value perspective as well as a good neighbourhood or safety perspective. He has a very good handle on the local market and offered advice to keep us from making mistakes. He handled the paperwork very well with lots of explanations for our newbie real estate investing daughter. When the selling realtor flubbed the key exchange he was right on top of it. We would recommend Robert highly. We would definitely use his expertise again.
