Shannon Bubalo

Shannon has always had an eye and passion for both design and real estate. Shannon made the jump to obtain her real estate license in 2009 and began working in real estate bridging together her passion for helping others and turning houses into homes. Shannon quickly became a force in the luxury real estate market in Southern Ontario selling multi-million-dollar luxury homes as well as land acquisitions for major developers in the Greater Toronto Area. Shannon also worked on pre-construction sales as well as condo sales and investment properties. Over the years she has also had the opportunity to utilize her keen eye for interior and exterior design working alongside various architects to assist with both personal and commercial new builds. Shannon brings her skill set of professional staging to The Bubalo Group. Growing up in Sudbury, Ontario, Shannon is proud to have come back to Northern Ontario to raise her family in the place she is so proud to call home.
