Marc focusses on a strategic plan when selling his clients properties, every detail is important from the right angle in a photo to making sure everything in the house looks its best. Marc also believes the old ways of pressure selling are thing of the past. Customers want to know you're representing them and that you're working hard, they want honesty and transparency. This is the work Philosophy Marc has used throughout his career.
Marc has had many successes in his real estate career which started in 1997. He is been the re-cypionate of multiple real estate awards including the Royal LePage diamond award for seven consecutive years which placed him in the top 3% across Canada for the company. But Marc said that his most satisfying moments are when he gets to tell his client their house is sold, and when he sees the happiness and excitement when his buyer is moving into their new home.
