I have been in real estate for well over a decade and have seen many changes in the market, the economy and politics. With that comes a wealth of experience in negotiating, strategies and sales tactics. I guide clients through all the stages including financing options, bridge financing, rent to own or creative financing. I specialize in design consultation, staging and decluttering to maximize the sale of your asset. When small repairs are required I will arrange to get that done! I help buyers with strategies in bidding and determining the true worth of a property. I currently reside on Lake Huron and enjoy the outdoors with my family, cattle dog and bengal cat.
