I can not rate Jessica highly enough. we knew we wanted to work with her from the get go, but after a couple of experiences with other Realtors (outside of her area) we KNEW we only wanted to deal with her. Jessica messaged us with a property that she thought would be great for us and it was a great price. We weren't for it at first, it came back on the market and we decided to take a chance and go see it. she was right, it well exceeded our expectations and was the perfect starter home for us. we put an offer in that evening, Jessica was able to get us an AMAZING deal on this place and we had an accepted offer well under the listing price, we were all amazed at the deal we got, I am honestly still in awe (I'm pretty sure Jess is as well) because of Jessica's timeliness and expertise everything went so much more smoothly than we could have thought possible. You wouldn't expect buying a house to be so easy but she made it that way.

Where to begin!! First off, there should be a 10 star option on here, because 5 stars is a total understatement for this lady! Jessica was nothing shy of amazing throughout our selling and buying process. She was informative and readily available whenever we needed her for anything, at any hour! Whenever I was starting to question something, she'd be right on top of it finding answers! When it came down to the final days, she kept me sane and positive with daily phone calls and updates. There is nothing better than feeling like you are top priority in such a crazy industry, but she makes you feel just that! I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. I can assure you that she will not disappoint! Thank you so SO much for everything, Jessica! You are truly amazing at what you do!
