We have been planning to make a move to the country for several years. For the past two, Ben and Catherine have been casually showing us properties and listings but the time came to get serious. We found the dream spot and worked with the team to get a solid offer together and with their guidance ended up with a price we were very happy with. When it came time to sell our current home we were nervous. It took longer than we expected to sell but Ben and Catherine reassured us we were going to be successful in the process. During the sales negotiation constant communication, advice, and feedback was most welcomed.
