It's funny how things work out. When you initially called me inquiring about whether I was interested in selling my condo, I thought who is this lunatic and where did he get my number from!! (because I thought I had made it unavailable on Kijiji). So I was skeptical of course as is my nature, and wasn't expecting to hear back from you. But you turned out to be a real person who was actually interested in selling my condo and so that is why I decided to go with you and the decision to sell my condo. I did contact a real estate person that I had previously when looking at condos for the purpose of investment before buying our house. He wasn't nearly as enthusiastic as you. He simply returned my email inquiry about selling price, which was lower than your suggestion, and that was it. So Moe, you are a gem and I would gladly refer you to anyone who asks and will have no hesitation posting this five star review. You were spot on with your recommendations and a pleasure to work with.
