Alyssa was recommended to us, as first time buyers, by our broker and she did not disappoint. She quickly came to understand our aesthetic choices and needs. She was an active participant in the home hunt with us and was always friendly, honest, and professional. She was kind and patient with us and did so much to accommodate our wild schedules driving to Durham from Toronto. She was super available and really quick to respond with answers to any concerns. One major plus was that she was able to find pre-listings before they hit the main market pages, offering us a leg up to jump on new listings since the market is so hot right now.

We were really impressed with her eye for detail and understanding of industry standards. She could give us suggestions for renovations, and also could spot potential hazards a mile away. Also, she even covered the our home inspection (we have literally never heard of this before!). Spunky, always on the go, and always ready to support. Dave Irons was amazing, he helped me find a house and did the job as if he was looking for a house for a family member. He took the time to show us every house available in our list and always with a smile. He kept us focus and guide us through every step. He is amazing.
