Kaleb Streeter is the best at his trade. He went the extra mile for me when he sold my house. He was always available when I needed him and helped with every detail to get my house ready for sale. His pictures and the listing were very professional. I didnt have to worry about anything once Kaleb was involved. My house sold and everything went smoothly. Another thing I liked about Kaleb is that he uses technology and we could do a lot of things over the phone and internet (my choice). I met Kaleb in the summer of 2018 when I began my property search in Orillia after being referred by an agent in my home town. From Day 1 Kaleb was attentive, interested and dedicated to helping me find the perfect home and extremely educated and informative. He presented multiple listings that were accurate to my wish list, guided and worked tirelessly through a difficult negotiation with grace, professionalism, patience and honesty, and his knowledge and dedication allowed me to remain confident throughout the entire process. He was always willing to accommodate, make himself readily available and go the extra distance. I could not have done it without Kaleb. He has an ability to instantly make you feel comfortable and will make you his top priority. I cannot thank Kaleb enough and he has made a forever client out of me!

Kaleb became our realtor after we sent an email about a house in Orillia. Within minutes of sending that email, which was 8 at night, we get a call from Kaleb asking if we'd like to see the house. So after the viewing my husband, Kaleb and I talked for over an hour. We liked his energy, he was down to earth and personable. Kaleb became our realtor after that night. It was nerve wracking that we had to be out of the house we rented very soon. We ended up looking at a house in Orillia the end of Dec, and put in an offer the next day. They accepted the offer! Finally homeowners! We had a family crisis that landed my husband in the hospital for a couple of weeks. So when Kaleb and I did the final walkthrough, my husband wasn't there. Kaleb said my husband would be in his thoughts, and we would hold off on the sold sign picture until my husband was out of the hospital. Kaleb also gave us a house warming basket, it was super thoughtful!
