Matt and his team were beyond exceptional. Moving into the Niagara area with hardly any knowledge of the different areas, etc. Matt and his team took the time for 6+ months to help prepare me for my purchase. Matt took the time to go over homes over the phone, whenever I saw something of interest. He also showed and sent me homes that weren't even on my list to take the time to really understand what type of home and neighbourhood I was interested in.
