I have watched Kristina grow as an agent in the community and I am continually impressed with her devotion to helping others whether its through charity or real estate. I recently hired Kristina to sell my home and I was so amazed at the incredible staging job, marketing and her communication throughout the whole process. She kept me up to date with feedback from potential buyers, addressed any of my concerns and questions, and sold my home in under 2 weeks for full asking price. Do not be fooled by her calm and gracious demeanor, she is a shark when it came to negotiating and I am happy to have had her on my side. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She also made a donation to a charity of my choice which truly was the icing on the cake.

I cannot say enough about how happy I am to have hired Kristina. Kristina immediately impressed us with her genuine personality and real estate knowledge. She was the only agent that took the time to get to know us and ask us questions about our family and not just talk about themselves and their accomplishments in the real estate field. We decided to hire Kristina and right away we knew we were in good hands. She came in and staged out home (we did not have to anything extra for it), she had the most amazing video and photos done and got right to work with marketing our property. We sold our home quickly and she negotiated to the bitter end to make sure we got everything and more then we expected. She truly put that extra care and time to get us the absolute most for our home and we could not be happier.

When we first reached out to Kristina we were not quite ready to buy anything but Kristina gave us so much of her time, countless phone calls, coffee meetings, showing us some homes even though we weren't totally ready. We appreciated that Kristina offered us valuable knowledge and honest advice. she even talked us out of buying a few homes. When we were finally ready , Kristina sent us only homes that were in our budget and in the areas we wanted to be in. Kristina ended up finding us a house that needed some work and helped us visualize the possibility and even helped us with the costs associated with the renovation. Having her knowledge on renovating and her interior design ideas was such a huge asset. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is the absolute best!

After speaking with a few agents, some being friends , my wife and I decided to interview Kristina as well before making our final decision. Although we felt that a few of the agents would have been great there was something different about Kristina. My wife and I both felt like we really could trust Kristina with helping us sell our home and buy a new home. She was so knowledgeable and right away gave us some really good advice without even knowing if she was hired. She truly cares about helping people and wanting what is best for her clients and we felt that from our first meeting. She is the perfect mix of being sensitive and caring to our needs but really strong and tough when it came to negotiating. She is more of a friend then she is an agent and we are really grateful to have her on our side during this process.

I know a lot of real estate agents but decided to work with Kristina after interviewing many of them. She is not only very knowledgeable about buying and selling real estate but her knowledge about home renovations and construction was very impressive. She was able to walk through homes and tell us how they could be updated, what walls were structural and what the estimated cost would be to make those updates. What won us over what the fact that she was very confident, direct, knowledgeable but so understanding and patient. We wanted a strong negotiator on our side but also wanted someone that was not going to pressure us in anyway. Since working with Kristina, we now recommend everyone we know to at least have a conversation with her when they are looking to buy or sell. I could not imagine working with anyone else.
