March 2020. We needed to sell our cottage which had been in our family for almost 60 years. Sept. 2019. Dave is a pro at what he does! Given that it was a tough market and our neighbour couldnt sell for 4 months we didnt know what to expect! Dave reassured us not to worry. Within the 1st day on the market the deal was done and our house was sold! We couldnt believe it! Well over our neighbours asking price.
