Thank you Terry, for all your help. Being from Niagara and a family with children, travelling back and forth to look at properties in the Haliburton & Minden area wasn't always possible. Not to mention, it was a very long drive. Terry was very helpful and offered to give us a virtual tour of our new property (before we bought it). We didn't know anything about the area, nor have we ever lived in a rural setting. Terry was very patient with us and answered every single question we had. We certainly were nervous as first time home buyers. We took a big step moving 3.5 hours north and having to search for new work. We do not regret a single day! This place is beautiful! And every day we are more than happy and grateful for our home, the land, water and rocks that surround us. Luckily we had a great realtor to help us. Excellent presentation of property online and in person. All queries answered promptly. Actual sale fast and efficient. Only challenge was the large number of prospective buyers on a rainy day. Would recommend Terry to anyone wanting to sell their properties.
